Beautiful family home in Ivy.  Priced extremely well.  Over 4,000 finished square feet (basement is finished).  Some dated features, but generally in nice cosmetic condition.  There is a kick-out on this property, which means someone already has a contract on it, but for some reason cannot purchase it right now (the most common reason is Purchaser has a home to sell) so Seller is accepting other offers.
